Earthquake advice

If anyone is trying to contact someone on the west coast I recommend using skype or an Ip phone.

Public phones are now free in japan so use those as mobile phones are not great in all areas yet.

A lot of people are still stranded but tsunami warnings have been lowered.

The best advice is to move to higher ground.
